23rd AugSecurity Upgrade

To all Berkshire and Oxfordshire members, Everyone with access to the personal area,
As some of you have noticed, a completely new password system has been implemented on the personal areas and the administration area of the web system, to improve security.
The old password system converted all passwords to lower case before they were stored.
However, the new system allows both upper and lower case letters as will as numbers and other symbols.
The passwords have been converted to the new system and, as a result, all passwords use only lower case letters (and numbers).
If you have difficulty getting your password to be accepted, enter all the letters as lower case.
Once you have got into the relevant area, you should change your password back to the one you want.
Failing that, you can use the new "Forgotten your Password" function (on the Personal Area Log In Page) to reset your personal area password.
